This Seminar is being taught by Sean Twomey of 2meart.com. 2meart.com is a DBE, SBE, MBE, and California SB register business. With the certification 2meart.com has completed contracts for Oregon National Guard, United States Marine Corps, Miami Coast Guard and has an ongoing contract with the National Guard with Texas. As a Small Business Vendor with Cal Trans, 2meart.com has completed sign installation in Oakland and is currently working with graffitti abatement in District 4. 

2meart.com was certified DBE with Bart in June in 2014 and received the other certifications a month later. 2meart was also a certified vendor with Superbowl 50.
